Abstract:
In developed countries is noted, in higher rates, the growing trend of services' offer compared to the other economy sectors' offer. In the evolution of services' offer is evident and the tendency of dissociation - association in relation to the supply of goods. Such a trend is present in the food's services, by practicing the catering system, specialized in three main directions: catering for aviation, catering for events, catering for companies. Currently is manifested the transition to professional forms of catering, with a pronounced commercial character.
