Abstract:

This study aims at establishing the importance of corporate social responsibility within any organization, especially for the companies in Romania. The current situation justifies a growing interest in creating actions to help maintain a clean environment, to respect the justice and social equity and to outline a correct and positive image in the community. Although worldwide and in Europe these already represent intense concerns for researchers and practitioners, in Romania there are very few studies which can provide an accurate overview of these policies and practices.
