Abstract:

Started in 2007, the international financial crisis has made its presence felt in the European Union in less than one year, two years, 2008 and 2009, affecting particularly strong economies and finances of the states concerned, many economists comparing this phenomenon to the one during the Great Depression of 1929-1933 or even consider it, in terms of effects, even worse than this.

After a timid recovery in 2010, fears of economists that the recession will come back in the second half of 2010, but especially with a great resurgence, during 2011, the crisis made its presence felt again long 2011, and its action appears to be continuing and in the future. But this time the financial crisis is no longer present in the banks and other financial companies, as happened in 2007, 2008 and 2009 and state level, taking the form of sovereign debt crisis.
