Abstract:
 This paper aims to provide a minimum of theoretical knowledge of the European funded projects management, the importance of developing post-experiential skills of teachers through project development,  the impact of ERASMUS + on the development of knowledge and understanding of European cultural and linguistic diversity among teachers and students, in order to help students gain language skills and personal development skills needed for future employment and active citizenship. The public educational policies also focus on training students and teachers in applying for European funded projects ERASMUS + because this modern method of teaching and learning through European projects has the advantage of producing changes in the attitudes and behavior of managers, teachers, students, parents, local community members.
