Abstract:
The global economy is facing in the past years diffrent paths of growth in the advanced economies and
emerging and developing economies. Slow growth, high global uncertainty and perceptions of a lack of equality
of opportunity should prompt policy makers to act in order to revive the global economy. Adressing domestic
reforms, as this paper present from the economic outlook analysis of the International Monetary Found and
other organisations, is the necessary condition for making the most of megatrends - like globalisation,
digitalisation, population ageing and environmental degradation - and requires gouvernments to carrefully
select, prepare, prioritise and implement structural reforms.
