Abstract:
The Covid 19 pandemic remains a sad episode in people's lives, but also in the history of nations. Its
effects were felt both in the business environment, as well as in the educational one. The significant number of
cases of illness, including the deaths generated by it, have made the representatives of the state institutions to
develop a series of laws designed to protect the citizens, one of them regarding the circulation. All these have
lead to work adaptation, underlying the development of the instructional-educational process through several
platforms.
